American College of Radiology Recognizes Connecticut Chapter!
We just learned today that the Radiological Society of Connecticut has been chosen as the winner of two prestigious awards by the American College of Radiology Chapter Recognition Program for 2009!
RSC was selected as the winner of Excellence in Government Relations and the winner of Overall Excellence, comprised of activities in communications, government relations, meetings/education and membership.
ACR’s Adrian Kosmicki told us, “We are pleased to announce that your chapter has been selected to receive the award for Government Relations in Division B. Your chapter’s commitment to excellence in Government Relations has not gone unnoticed. In addition, your chapter was selected to receive the Overall Excellence award for Division B, a prestigious accomplishment. Congratulations on a job well done.”
The awards will be presented to the Connecticut delegation attending the ACR Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership Conference next month in Washington, D.C.
This award reflects the energy and commitment to the profession of Radiology by each and every member of the Radiological Society of Connecticut. Congratulations to all!
