Event Details:

The Radiological Society of Connecticut will hold their Semi-Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, October 4th at Anthony’s Ocean View, Inc. 450 Lighthouse Road New Haven, CT 06512.

Cocktails with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres will be served in the Paradise Room overlooking the water at 6:30 p.m.; Dinner and Business Meeting at 7:15 p.m.

About Dr. Zeke Silva: 
Dr. Zeke Silva is a native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  He completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine before pursuing a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital.

He is a member of the ACR Commission on Economics and Chairs both the Practice Expense Subcommittee and the Value Added Subcommittee. He also represents the College before the Relative Value System Update Committee, the RUC.  He was recently elected Vice Chairman of the College Nominating Committee. 

He serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American College of Radiology for which he authors the standing column, “Reimbursement Rounds.”  He is also on the Board of Directors for the Radiology Coding Certification Board.  He previously served the Society of Interventional Radiology as their Chairman of Economics and Editor of the Interventional Radiology Coding Guide.  He is the Treasurer of the Texas Radiological Society and active in their state legislative activities.   

In San Antonio, Dr. Silva serves on the Board of Diagnostic Imaging Management and he is the Director of Interventional Radiology for the South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers.  His clinical interests include oncology imaging and interventions.
