Objectives Of Presentation: • Define the anatomic and physiologic principles that govern the detection and characterization of biliary obstruction. • Describe the typical appearances and pitfalls of diseases which typically affect the biliary tract including: pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, primary sclerosing cholangitis, choledocholithiasis, and other diseases which may affect the biliary tract.
